Yes, completely free. We come to your home, measure your windows, and discuss options at no charge and with no commitment on your part. We believe you should feel fully informed before making any decisions.

Products & Materials

Are all your treatments custom-made?

Yes. We do not sell off-the-shelf or "ready-made" products. Every shade and drape we make is measured and fabricated specifically for your windows. This ensures a perfect fit and a finished look that stock sizes can never match.

What's the difference between light-filtering and blackout?

Light-filtering fabrics allow soft, diffused natural light through while blocking direct glare and providing daytime privacy. Blackout fabrics block all light entirely, making them ideal for bedrooms, nurseries, and media rooms. We also offer room-darkening options that fall in between — blocking most but not all light.

Do you offer motorized or smart shades?

Yes. Motorized options are available for most of our shade styles. They can be controlled via remote, smartphone app, or integrated into smart home systems including Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Apple HomeKit. You can also set schedules based on time or sunrise/sunset. We'll handle the full setup and programming.

Can I see fabric samples before ordering?

Absolutely. During your in-home consultation, we bring physical fabric and material samples so you can see and feel them in your actual space and lighting. Color and texture look very different on a screen versus in your home — we prefer you see exactly what you're getting before committing.

Process & Timeline

How long does an order take from start to finish?

Do you do the measuring yourself, or do I measure?

We do all the measuring. In fact, we insist on it. An incorrect measurement — even by a fraction — can mean a shade that doesn't fit or look right. Professional measurement is part of our process and included at no extra charge.

What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is confirmed, your treatments go into fabrication. We'll keep you updated on the timeline. When everything is ready, we'll schedule an installation appointment that works for you. Installation is typically completed in a single visit.

Do you handle installation?

Yes. Professional installation is included with every order. We mount, hang, and adjust everything until it's perfect — and we clean up when we're done. You don't need to touch a drill.

How do I clean my shades or drapes?

Care instructions vary by material. Most roller and cellular shades can be spot-cleaned with a mild soap and a soft cloth. Fabric shades and drapery may be vacuumed with a brush attachment. We provide specific care instructions for every treatment we install, and we're always available if you have questions down the line.

Do you offer any warranty or guarantee?

Yes — every installation we do comes with a 5-year warranty. This covers workmanship, installation, and product defects. If something isn't right, we come back and make it right. No fine print, no runaround. We're the manufacturer, so we own it completely.

What if I need adjustments after installation?

Just reach out. Minor adjustments to tension, leveling, or operation are part of our service. We want you to be happy with the result — not just on installation day, but for the life of the product.

Where are your products made?

Everything is manufactured in-house, right here in the United States. We are the factory — not a retailer or middleman. That's why we can bring physical samples to your home, guarantee consistent quality, and stand behind every installation with a 5-year warranty.

Do you handle commercial projects like hotels or offices?

Absolutely. We work with hotels, motels, office spaces, new construction developers, and large renovation projects. Because we manufacture everything ourselves, we have the capacity to outfit entire buildings with consistent quality across every window. Do you do sliding glass doors?

Yes. We cover every window type — including sliding glass doors. We offer panel track systems, vertical solutions, and motorized options, all custom-made to fit your exact door dimensions. If it has glass, we can treat it.
